If you are the home player / team in a competition you must contact your opponent by the contact date shown on the monthly circular and offer them 3 DATES. If the arrangements are not agreed on the first phone call, your opponent must ring back within THREE DAYS and accept one of the given dates.
It is not allowed to offer 3 of the same days, not all in one week and no weekends unless by mutual agreement.

Mondays or Thursdays must not be offered unless your opponent does not play snooker or billiards in the league on those nights.
If the home player does not ring you until after the contact date,you must claim the game and ring the match secretary and explain the situation. If you agree to play the match and it come to the notice of the committee both players or teams will be eliminated from the competition.

In all competitions the home player is required to provide a referee, but if agreed by your opponent it can be played without.This must be agreed when the match is arranged so that your opponent can claim the match if they so wish. When they reach the quarter final stage a referee MUST be provided, if not you may be eliminated from the competition.

All matches must be played by the completion date as shown on the monthly circular.
As soon as you have played your match you must inform the match secretary of the result, by phone or email.
Any result not known by midday on the day of the monthly meeting will result in both players being eliminated from the competition.

All competitions must be played at the home players club or away if agreed by both players.                  Not at a neutral club.
