All winners must inform the match secretary of the result as soon as the game finishes.

ANY RESULTS NOT KNOWN BY MIDDAY ON THE DAY OF THE MEETING 
WILL RESULT IN BOTH PLAYERS BEING ELIMINATED FROM THE COMPETITION.

When a decision is made to claim a game (competition) you must inform the match secretary immediately after the contact date.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOUR OPPONENT HAS GIVEN YOU THREE DATES YOU MUST ACCEPT ONE WITHIN THREE DAYS
